The flag of Liberia reminds us that America has a responsibility for these people.

The current school building is part mud siding and part tarpaulin

Going to school is a privilege in Liberia and the students are eager to learn

Classrooms are full of children learning and also full of the outdoors

Classrooms can be dark due to no lighting.

Chalk boards are the primary teaching tool in the Village school

A transition between mud brick and open walls is evident.  The children still learn even in this.

Dirt floors and open walls will soon be replaced with a concrete floor, block walls and a tin roof.

School boys enjoy a brief time out for some picture taking.
